Les problèmes et les finesses de la branche des jointures caoutchouc-métal nous sont suffisamment connus. Etant donné que l'adhérence du caoutchouc sur le métal n'est pas seulement à nos yeux un aspect de qualité essentiel du produit fini, nous avons développé nos agents de démoulage spécialement en vue des propriétés adhésives et les avons testés dans la pratique de la façon la plus intense possible. De nombreux agents de démoulage sont exclusivement conçus pour le secteur d'application des jointures caoutchouc-métal. L'objectif de Münch Chemie étant de dépasser encore les exigences sans cesse croissantes de l'industrie posées aux produits, nous développons des agents de démoulage sur mesure et uniquement destinés au secteur d'application des jointures caoutchouc-métal et pas seulement compatibles aux pièces techniques. Le degré d'exigence est inégalement élevé par rapport à celui des agents de démoulage pour les pièces techniques, tant du point de vue de l'effet de séparation que du coefficient d'adhérence souhaités. Les cycles d'essais intenses et la sélection soigneuse des différentes matières premières nous ont permis de constater qu'aucun des composants ne perturbait ou n'influençait de manière négative l'adhérence du caoutchouc sur le métal.
