The casted part must need as little post-processing efforts as possible, abiding by any predetermined material tolerance. High quality claims to the mould's surface imply the use of a suitable, high quality mould release agent in order to meet the specifications required.
Post processing steps, such as gluing, painting or coating of the casting imply further requirements on the release agent being used. Münch Chemie International has accepted this challenge.
