Uniones de goma-metal
La problemática y los detalles en el ámbito de las uniones goma-metal nos son muy conocidas. Puesto que la adherencia de la goma al metal no sólo constituye un aspecto cualitativo esencial del producto acabado para nuestros ojos, hemos desarrollado nuestros desmoldeantes enfocándolos sobre todo a las propiedades adhesivas, probándolos intensamente en la práctica. Muchas soluciones desmoldeantes para el campo de aplicación de las uniones goma-metal han sido diseñados única y exclusivamente para dichas uniones. Dado que Münch Chemie se ha puesto como objetivo superar las exigencias cada vez más elevadas que se imponen a los productos de la industria, desarrollamos soluciones desmoldeantes hechas especialmente a medida y únicamente para el campo de aplicación de las uniones goma-metal y no para aquellas que son compatibles con piezas técnicas. El grado de exigencia es distinto en relación al efecto desmoldeante deseado, así como al valor de adherencia esperado en los desmoldeantes para piezas técnicas. Gracias a las intensas pruebas y a la rigurosa elección de las distintas materias primas, hemos podido constatar que ninguno de los diferentes materiales contenidos perjudica o afecta negativamente a la adherencia de la goma al metal.
