Batch-Off Release Agent RP-10/1

Release Agent RP-10/1 is a liquid batch-off release agent. It prevents the unvulcanized rubber sheets from sticking during storage.

Release Agent RP-10/1 consists of metal soaps and wetting agents. Release Agent RP-10/1 shows good wetting and release properties for all types of rubber, independent of hardness and stickiness. Release Agent RP-10/1 is well tolerated by the rubber and there is no influence on flow properties or other compound properties during vulcanization.

Release Agent RP-10/1 is equipped with an anti-foaming agent and suitable for all kinds of elastomers.
