Batch-Off Release Agent RP-6

Release Agent RP-6 is a release agent for the treatment of non-vulcanized rubber batches which helps to overcome sticking during storage.

Release Agent RP-6 is highly effective, when used in batch-off processes. Release Agent RP-6 contains wetting agents as well as film-forming polymers to ensure a coherent release film, even on cold-flow batches.

Release Agent RP-6 is as a liquid batch-off release agent suited for all kinds of elastomers.

The formulation of Release Agent RP-6 is based on raw materials that are listed according to the following FDA regulations:
