Lubricant MK-YG/11 F

Lubricant MK-YG/11 F is a water-based "ready-to-use" - lubricant, specifically developed as a mounting-aid for mounting tires onto rims.

Lubricant MK-YG/11 F is silicone-, solvent- and soap-free and provides very good slip properties to help mounting tires, without leading to an undesired rim slip during inspection of the tire. When using MK-YG/11 F for tire uniformity measurement, reproducibility of the measured values is at the optimum (e.g. 5x5 test). By eliminating soap from the formulation, an almost neutral pH-value can be guaranteed, which also helps to prevent corrosion. The maintenance intervals for sealings in the supply pipes can be extended, since those will not be attacked by alkaline mediums anymore.

Special additives in the formulation accelerate the evaporation of the product after the application to the tire.
