Release Agent CA 5-73

Release Agent CA 5-73 is a water-based release agent for pressure die casting of Aluminum. The active ingredient of Release Agent CA 5-73 is a combination of waxes and modified polysiloxanes.

Castings made with Release Agent CA 5-73 show a homogenous, grey surface. There are no spots or clouds, caused by the use of water based products. Residues are minimized.

Release Agent CA 5-73 is a concentrate which has to be diluted 1:50-1:200 with water. The mixing ratio depends on temperature and other machine parameters.
