Release Agent MP-5056

Release Agent MP-5056 is a liquid, water-based external release agent, that has been specifically developed for the purpose of processing polyurethane foams. It forms a thin film that provides good adhesion to the mold and allows the release of not yet fully cured parts.

The surface quality meets the requirements of the automotive industry.

Release Agent MP-5056 is suited for processing PU-integral foams and PU-rigid foams. Release Agent MP- 5056 has shown excellent results processing shoe soles made of polyester or polyether based systems.
