ScrewClean® SR-320

用途: 清洁剂

ScrewClean® SR-320 is a purging compound indented for the use in injection machines and extruders.

This compound is based on styrol-acrylonitrile (SAN), a polar plastic. The cleaning effect is obtained through selected special additives. ScrewClean® SR-320 remains thermally stable and therefore suitable for application temperatures between 160 and 300°C.

ScrewClean® SR-320 is suitable for cleaning nozzles, screw-extruders and cylinders in injection moulding machines and extruders. ScrewClean® SR-320 can be used in hot runner-systems and is especially suited for applications in machines with external heating. Due to its polarity ScrewClean® SR-320 is usually in use with polar compounds such as PA, ABS, PMMA, PVC, PET,... .
