ScrewClean® SR-47

用途: 清洁剂

ScrewClean® SR-47 was developed for the purpose of cleaning extrusion and injection machinery and in material and colour changes. By the use of specifically selected additives, a high cleaning performance with less material usage is ensured.

The ready-to-use cleaning compound ScrewClean® SR-47 can directly be used without the addition of carrier polymers. The screw runner should be emptied after the cleaning cycle, so that the process with the subsequent polymer can be started.

This results in a short cleaning time, due to the ScrewClean® SR-47's miscibility with all polymers, except POM. In addition, the head including the nozzle has not to be dismantled, as the cleaner ScrewClean® SR-47 can also penetrate into undercuts.
