Münch Chemie presents MK-38/4, its water and solvent free mould release agent / lubricant for the production of flexible hoses that provides excellent release and lubrication properties.

The product contains selected ingredients that are biodegradable and water soluble even at cold temperatures, thereby allowing for fast and easy cleaning of moulded hoses with cold water and without the addition of any cleaning agents or soap.

Release Agent MK-38/4 is temperature stable up to 250°C (482°F) and can be used for the production of flexible hoses of all common rubber types.

The application can be done on both cold and hot cleaned moulds / mandrels by means of dipping, wiping or brushing.
