The requirements made by the pharmaceutical industry focus on the purity of the produced parts. Therefore, plastic parts for applications in the medical or food industry have to be free of harmful residues and those residues that cannot be avoided must be easy to remove. Basically, the products developed by Münch Chemie International are designed so that the release agent is not transferred to the produced parts. Specific raw materials with FDA approval have been selected for different products. In individual cases, an FDA approval can be applied for in co-operation with our customers.
