New RIM lubricant for TU testing
The industrial requirements of the tire industry increase continuously. Soap based solutions which have been in use as mounting lubricant for tire uniformity testing equipment (TU machines) reach the limits of their performance.
In the formulation of Lubricant MK-YG/20 series Münch Chemie International was taken specifically to meet these requirements. The products have been specifically tailored to the different requirements in order to ensure the optimum lubrication.
The performance of the MK-YG/20 series in the industrial application on TU machines is benchmark compared to competitive products. The repeatability in 10x10 tests has been tested by renowned customers several times. The deviation of the measured values shows a remarkably low standard deviation. Especially values in lateral force variation, its harmonics and conicity show a significantly lower spreading.
