Application: Additives, Release Agents

Additive INT-159/4 is an internal release agent and lubricant for the rubber industry.

The use of this product results in an excellent release effect, eliminating the need for external release agents almost completely. At the same time, mold fouling is reduced and an even, regular surface of the molded parts is achieved. Better flow properties of the mixture are obtained and the blooming of sulfur is reduced.

Additive INT-159/4 is used for the release of natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its excellent compatibility with all common mixtures, Additive INT-159/4 can be used universally for all compounds except silicone rubber.
