Application: Release Agents

Release Agent 60/1 is a liquid, external release agent which has been specifically developed for the purpose of processing cast urethane. It forms a very thin film that provides excellent release properties between the mould surface and the processing material.

The surface quality of the produced parts meets the requirements of the automotive industry. The raw materials in the formulation comply with the regulations for food contact according to FDA CFR21 §175.105.

Release Agent 60/1 is suitable for processing polyurethans, especially cast urethanes (elastomeric PU).
