Application: Release Agents

Release Agent CA 2-150 is a water-based release agent for zinc-die casting applications. The active substance of Release Agent CA 2-150 is a thermally stable synthetic ester oil, which can resist to high temperatures. Release Agent CA 2-150 is free of waxes and silicones.

Castings made with Release Agent CA 2-150 show a homogenous, bright surface. There are no spots or clouds, caused by the use of this water based product. Residues in the cavity and the mould joint are minimized.

Release Agent CA 2-150 is a ready-to-use product for applications in zinc die casting.
