Application: Release Agents

Release Agent CA-3080 is a water based release agent for aluminium die casting. The active material in Release Agent CA-3080 is a combination of waxes and modified polysiloxanes.

Release Agent CA-3080 is a concentrate to be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:100. The dilution ratio depends on die- and machine- parameters. In certain applications, dilution ratios up to 1:200 are possible.

Release Agent CA-3080 is suitable for higher die temperatures and large, heavy castings.
