Application: Release Agents

Release Agent CA-4076 is a water-based release agent concentrate for aluminium die casting applications. It is free of waxes and therefore residues in die are reduced to a minimum.

Release Agent CA-4076 eliminates quality problems which may be cause by conventional products and therefore provides solidity and structural stability to the produced parts, that could not be achieved with conventional release agents.

Release Agent CA-4076 is developed for processing in aluminium die casting. Release Agent CA-4076 is especially suitable for applications with high die temperatures and for the production of big and heavy parts.
