Release Agent MK-51/11

Application: Release Agents

Release Agent MK-51/11 is a water-based "ready-to-use" - release agent, forming a coherent release film on the mould. Though this film is micro-thin, it is, after the curing process, highly resistant and temperature stable up to 300°C.

Release Agent MK-51/11 develops a strong chemical bonding to most mould materials and thus provides a high number of releases per application.
Release Agent MK-51/11 does not transfer to the moulded parts, allowing further processing like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment. Build-up on the moulds, caused by depositions of pig-ments, antiaging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably.

Due to the hardness of the release film, parts produced with Release Agent MK-51/11 will have a matt surface.

Release Agent MK-51/11 is suitable for any kind of rubber processing. In tire manufacturing this product can be implemented for all types of tires, especially for winter tires (passenger cars and trucks) and tires for earthmover and agricultural vehicles. Release Agent MK-51/11 is suitable for any kind of elastomer and curing systems, except silicone-rubber.
