Release Agent MK-750

Application: Release Agents

Release Agent MK-750 is a semi-permanent solvent-based mould release agent, that is easy to apply and provides extensive slip. It was developed to eliminate the use of waxes.

The use of this product eliminates the need for repeated time-consuming waxing and polishing, as a single application allows several remoulding due to the release film's strong bonding to the mould surface. Corresponding to this, there is no transfer of Release Agent MK-750 to the moulded parts. This allows further processes like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment.

The use of Release Agent MK-750 provides high gloss of the finished parts. At the same time, the build-up on the mould surface is reduced.

Release Agent MK-750 is suited as a release agent for special processing applications of rubber compounds on any metal surface. If there is demand for a high slip-release film, Release Agent MK-750 seems to be the perfect match, possibly in combination with our mould Sealer MK-749.

Prior to the first application of Release Agent MK-750, thoroughly clean the moulds from residues of dirt and release agents. For this purpose we recommend the use of our Cleaner Mikon® R-52.
