Release Agent CA-5087

Release Agent CA-5087 is a water-based release agent concentrate for aluminum die casting applications.

It is free of waxes, therefore drastically minimized residues on the die and the molded part. Release Agent CA-5087 does, if used as instructed, not impair the quality of the molded part in any way, therefore eliminating almost all of the usual and well-know quality-related casting issues. Release Agent CA-5087 avoids cavities on the surface and enhances the overall stability of the castings, which is usually not achieved by most common release agents.

Release Agent CA-5087 is a water-based concentrate, that has to be diluted in a factor of 1:50 up to 1:100 with water, prior to the application.
