Release Agent Mikon® MG-9006

Release Agent Mikon® MG-9006 is a universally applicable liquid external release agent, solvent-based, short drying times and with very good slip.

The use of this product eliminates the need for a repeated time-consuming waxing and polishing, as a single application allows, after some starting time that demands frequent treatment of the mould, several demouldings. This film is not peeled off during the moulding procedure and provides with its powerful release properties important improvements for the plastic industry.

Release Agent Mikon® MG-9006 can be used as a universal release agent at the processing of polymer concrete, thermo sets, polyester (cold and hot moulding), epoxy resins and phenolic resins. In particular when the processing takes place at elevated temperatures, flawless results are obtained.
