Release Agent MK-100 Spray

Release Agent MK-100 Spray is a "ready-to-use" - release agent, forming a coherent release film on the mould.

The release film is very resistant after cure, even to abrasive materials and at temperatures up to 400°C. Release Agent MK-100 Spray develops a strong chemical bonding to most mould materials and thus provides multiple releases per application. Release Agent MK-100 Spray does not transfer to the moulded parts, allowing further processing like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment. Build-up on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably.

Release Agent MK-100 Spray is suited as a release agent for the processing of all kinds of elastomers (including epoxy resins,) but not for silicone-rubber.
