Release Agent MK-122/5 LS

Release Agent MK-122/5 LS is a solvent-based, ready-to -use - release agent, forming a coherent release film on the mould.

This film is after cure very resistant, even with abrasive materials and temperature stable up to 400°C. Release Agent MK-122/5 LS develops a strong chemical bonding to most mould materials and thus provides multiple releases per application. Release Agent MK-122/5 LS does not transfer to the moulded parts, allowing further processing like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment. Build up on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti aging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably.

Release Agent MK-122/5 LS is suited as a release agent for the processing of all rubber types except silicone-rubber.
