Release Agent MK-7082/G2

Release Agent MK-7082/G2 is a water based "ready-to-use" - release agent, forming a coherent release film on the mould. Though this film is micro-thin, it is very resistant after cure, even to abrasive materials, and temperature stable up to 300°C.

The product contains a slip agent, resulting in remarkably smooth surfaces, drastically reducing the friction between the elastomere and the release agent. Nevertheless, the strong chemical bonding to most mould materials, providing multiple releases per application, is not impaired. Release Agent MK-7082/G2 does not transfer to the moulded parts, allowing further processing like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment. Build-up on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably.

Release Agent MK-7082/G2 is suited as a release agent for the processing of all rubber types except silicone-rubber.
