Additive MI-8000

Application: Agent de démoulage

Additive MI-8000 is a liquid internal release agent for the purpose of processing PU-foams and PU-elastomers. This product eliminates the need for any external release agent. Using Additive MI-8000 avoids fouling on the mould and as a consequence, results in a great overall economy. Additive MI-8000 does not influence the chemical and physical properties of the PU. Finished parts can be varnished or glued. Additive MI-8000 can be used for the purpose of processing any type of PU elastomer, PU rigid foam and integral foam in all established processes (RIM, RRIM, SRIM). Additive MI-8000 is not a suitable product for processes involving PU flexible foams.
