Release Agent Mikon® MG-9004

Application: Agent de démoulage

Release Agent Mikon® MG-9004 is a universally applicable liquid external release agent, solvent-based, short drying times and with very good slip. The use of this product eliminates the need for a repeated time-consuming waxing and polishing, as a single application allows, after some starting time that demands frequent treatment of the mould, several demouldings. Release Agent Mikon® MG-9004 forms a monomolecular film that adheres to the mould and does not show any affinity to the moulded parts. This film is not peeled off during the moulding procedure and provides with its powerful release properties important improvements for the plastic industry.
