Полиуретан, который часто используется для изготовления подошв обуви, при переработке обязательно требует разделительного материала вследствие своей клейкости. Вместо традиционного разделительного материала, впрыскиваемого в форму, компания Münch Chemie International предлагает присадку к полиолу. Данная присадка не изменяет физические свойства ПУ-системы, но обеспечивает разделительный эффект, поэтому внешний разделительный слой более не требуется. При этом адгезия не снижается и при производстве слоистых подошв.
