Обувь сегодня - это сложное изделие. Только одна подошва состоит из множества компонентов. Технологические добавки, используемые при производстве, по экономическим соображениям должны быть высокоэффективны и не должны изменять свойства применяемых материалов.
Полиуретан, который часто используется для изготовления подошв обуви, при переработке обязательно требует разделительного материала вследствие своей клейкости. Здесь Münch Chemie International предлагает самое современное решение. Вместо традиционного разделительного материала, впрыскиваемого в форму, компания Münch Chemie International предлагает присадку к полиолу. Данная присадка не изменяет физические свойства ПУ-системы, но обеспечивает разделительный эффект, поэтому внешний разделительный слой более не требуется. При этом адгезия не снижается и при производстве слоистых подошв.
