Bladder Release BC-309/A

Bladder Release BC-309/A is used in tire manufacturing as a start-up aid when new bladders are mounted to the press in the vulcanization department. The product works as release agent and lubricant at the same time. With the use of Bladder Release BC-309/A the defect rate during start-up is significantly reduced.

Bladder Release BC-309/A is suited for the production of all common tire types. Best results are obtained when the product is used with one of our Inside Lubes from our IP-series.

The improved formulation provides even better slip and release properties than Bladder Release BC-309.
