Sealer MK-749

Sealer MK-749 is an easy-to-use, solvent-based sealer for mould treatments. It is easy to use and has been developed to seal clean moulds prior to operation. Sealer MK-749 contains special ingredients to seal the mould's surface. When using new or porous moulds for production, sealing the surfaces with Sealer MK-749 is absolutely inevitable.

Sealer MK-749 is a sealer, suited for special applications with rubber compounds. Sealer MK-749 can be used on any mould surface.

Prior to the first application of Sealer MK-749, ensure to thoroughly clean the molds from dirt and former release agent residues. We therefore recommend the use of our Cleaner Mikon® R-52. We recommend to use Release Agent MK-750 as a mould release agent, since it is specially adjusted to incorporate with Sealer MK-749.
