All incoming enquiries are consistently followed up. The time required for follow-up can vary greatly. We endeavour to deal with all concerns as quickly as possible. In doing so, we do not tolerate any retaliation against anyone who brings forward a grievance in confidence - regardless of the outcome of our investigation.
