Münch Chemie International attended the world’s leading exhibition and conference for tire manufacturing technology held in Hannover, Germany from 14 to 16 February 2017. Top results were achieved with more than 5,000 visitors and 280 exhibiting companies.

We are grateful for the numerous experts from Germany and abroad who visited our stand and took the opportunity to inform themselves about the latest product developments for the tire industry.

Special attention was paid to the innovative permanent mould release coating for tire production MK-1629, which was also introduced by our PR Manager, Dr. Susanne Deuerlein, during the accompanying conference. The water-based release agent MK-1629 exhibits an extraordinary release performance and allows for several thousands demouldings with once-only application while ensuring best quality of moulded parts. Compared to commonly used semipermanent release agents, there virtually is no build-up or mould fouling. Our revolutionary permanent mould release coating for tire production minimizes the manufacturer’s effort and costs due to faster work cycles and longer mould service lives and hence allows for a remarkably increased productivity.
