Münch Chemie International has offered a new ready-to-use permanent bladder release coating (e. g. BC-9031). It does not contain any of the substances on the REACH SVHC list. To make the coating easy to use, it does not need to be combined with other lubrication products since it provides an extremely robust film with sufficient slip level for an economical and efficient tire curing process.

Our company also offered water-based permanent release coatings (e.g. MK-1629) that are suitable for all types of tire molds, including those with vents. The coating creates a durable and resistant permanent release film that lasts for over 10.000 consecutive curings.
