Münch Chemie presents MK-38/2-2, its water and solvent free mould release agent / lubricant, specially developed for the production of latex products such as, for example, latex mattresses, pillows or headrests.

The product provides excellent release and lubrication properties and is temperature stable up to 250°C (482°F).

Thanks to selected raw materials, Release Agent MK-38/2-2 is biodegradable and water soluble, even at cold temperatures.

Hence the product allows for fast and easy cleaning of moulded parts with cold water and without the need for any cleaning agents or soap.

MK-38/2-2 can be applied on both cold and hot moulds by means of dipping, wiping or brushing.
