Münch Chemie presents BC-2116, its semi-permanent water-based bladder coating generally applicable in the production of air springs and driving belts.

The product contains innovative, highly release-active ingredients that provide a fairly greasy film which stays lubricious over long time, thereby allowing intermediate storage of coated bladders.

Bladder Release BC-2116 is suitable for the production of driving belts (v-belts, t-belts but not for conveyor belts) and air springs as a surface treatment for bladders (airbags).

Application should be done at room temperature by means of spraying or with the help of a sponge of cloth.
