Münch Chemie presents MK-5226, its innovative, ready-to-use product that can be used both as a primer and as a corrosion protection for treating metallic surfaces.

The solvent-based product has been especially developed as a primer to enhance the release performance and the lifetime of the tools. In addition, MK-5226 has been especially developed as a corrosion protection to protect metal moulds against corrosion during the storage.

After storage, no additional cleaning or removal of the corrosion protection is necessary. After installing the tools or moulds in the machine and once the process temperature is reached, we recommend applying one of our release agents.

MK-5226 is applicable for the processing of all common rubber types, except silicone-rubber.
