Münch Chemie presents MK-229/15 Spray: A highly efficient, semi-permanent, water-based release agent for the rubber processing industry.

The ready-to-use release agent is particularly easy to handle: Delivered in spray cans, Release Agent MK-229/15 Spray allows uniform spraying in all directions, even overhead, until the spray can is completely empty.

The product provides a coherent release film on the mould, which is very resistant after cure and temperature stable up to 350°C.

The strong physico-chemical bonding to most mould materials provides multiple releases per application. Release Agent MK-229/15 Spray does not transfer to the moulded parts, allowing further processing like varnishing or glueing without subsequent treatment.

Build-up on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably. A build-up caused by Release Agent MK-229/15 Spray is unlikely if it is used as directed.

MK-229/15 Spray can especially be used for rubber compounds with a hardness in the range 20 to 95 Shore-A and is suitable for all types of elastomers, except silicone rubber. Particularly good results are achieved with rubber-to-metal or rubber-to-plastics bondings.

Release Agent MK-229/15 Spray distinguishes itself with its excellent release performance, very short stoving time (reaction time: max. 15 seconds) and very good wetting of the mould surface.
