Münch Chemie International GmbH with its long lasting experience in all areas related to the manufacturing of tires offers customers high-quality classic (also called sacrificial) inside lubes for the application on the inside of the green tire.

Thanks to their optimized composition containing selected additives, both Inside Lube IPM-444/10 black special and Inside Lube IPM-555/10 BS drastically reduce the friction on the green tire. This way, best quality of the final product is guaranteed and early bladder wear is avoided.

Both products are water-based and contain suitable fillers and further ingredients to provide excellent release as well as lubrication properties between the curing bladder and the uncured tire, the lubrication effect being more pronounced when using Inside Lube IPM-555/10 BS.

With regard to material consumption, our Inside Lubes IPM-444/10 black special and IPM-555/10 BS have shown to be extraordinarily economical.

IPM-444/10 black special and IPM-555/10 BS are applicable for the production of any type of tires and are usually applied by spraying or wiping. Considering that both products are based on an aqueous dispersion, drying times are fairly short.
