Münch Chemie presents its water-based semi-permanent premium-quality release agent for composite processing, Release Agent Mikon® W-64+.

This ready-to-use product features excellent release and high lubrication without transferring to the moulded parts. In this way, Release Agent Mikon® W-64+ easily meets even highest customer demands related to processing aids, e. g. in the wind energy industry.

The – especially in wind energy often very large – moulds do not require any initial sealing when Release Agent Mikon® W-64+ is used, since this universally applicable product functions both as sealer and release agent at the same time.

Thanks to its short drying time and the user-friendly handling, especially in combination with our application system for release agents, Mikon® Application System, our top product allows for a very efficient release agent application. Along with the reliable release performance in production, this product offers our customers significant advantages in competition.

Release Agent Mikon® W-64+ is suitable for the processing of polyester, epoxy and phenolic resins as well as gelcoats. The product provides a high gloss surface finish.
